Favourite Mac Lipsticks

I have been sorting though my make up this week and re-discovering old favourites. I feel like I don't wear lipstick as often anymore since I've been up and out of the house for the school runs. Although I definitely like to find one out on a weekend or when we are going out. I have that feeling of wanting to go out and buy massive amounts of make up at the minute and get everything new. I wanted to show a few of my favourite Mac lipsticks although I know theirs a million different blogs/yt videos about them. I have so many dotted around the house and in different bags but these are some of the best (including creme d' nude and lady gaga).

Myth - Myth was the first mac lipstick I ever purchased (obviously this is a newer one) wayyy back when I first discovered youtube- maybe even before blogs. It's the perfect nude lipstick and I still love it just as much. It is a pinky toned nude with a creamy satin finish.

Archetype- This one is really pretty on and it has more of a shine look like you have lipgloss on too. It is more of a yellowy tone rather than pinky like myth and it has a lustre finish.

Laugh a lot- This is one I haven't worn quite as much as the other too (along with blankety*not shown here*) although it is a pretty colour, I find is a little dark for me. It does look lovely with a gloss over to brighten it up.This is more of a plummier pink and again a lustre finish.

Ravashing- I was so happy to get this one, it is more of a peachy/orange with warm undertones - lovely for summer. This one has a luminous finish.

Angle - Another biggie in the blogging/YT world. I can totally see why... I have 2! It is a light/medium rosy pink and is so beautiful on.  It is a lovely natural looking colour. Frost Finish.

St Germain- This along with lady gaga is my favourite brighter pink shade. I wore this everyday for so long. It had a blue undertone and is opaque. Again lovely with a glossy over- I really want the St Germain gloss. Amplified creme finish.

Impassioned- A huge favourite for nights out. This is more of a neony coral/red. It is creamy and easy to apply with a amplified creme finish.
Impassioned

I have so many other mac lipstick I want to purchase, the list is never ending!
Which is your favourite lipstick?
Is there any you would recommend?

Plums | Little Yums

Emme has been trying out the new 'Little yums' from Plum.
They are perfect little organic wafer snacks, I like to pop a pack in my bag when we go out. They have no added salt or salt which is much better than normal biscuits & have no artificial flavours or preservatives.I think they would be perfect from when you start to wean your baby as they dissolve easily and are easy to hold. They are designed to be the first snack for little teethers, great for when they want to keep biting to help them. The little yum wafers are made with wholegrain buckwheat, fruit & vegetables and certified organic.

Emme has being enjoying both flavours, they are our go to little snack at the minute and I will definitely be buying more. They come in 2 different flavours Pumpkin and banana & Spinach , Kale & apple. You get 6 packer per box each containing 3 large wafers.RRp £2.49.

The Kärcher SC2.500C Steam Cleaner

Over the last week or so I have been trying out the Kärcher SC2.500C Steam Cleaner. An absolutely amazing product! I have use a steam cleaner before but it was just a standard one that works on floors, Karcher sc2.500c is a steamer that has lots of different attachments with it which makes it usable for anything and everything. It also kills 99.9% of bacteria while being so much saver than using other cleaning products as all you are using is tap water.

As soon as it came i opened it straight up and wanted to get stared although I was a bit wary as I'm useless at putting things together and normally wait for Jason but I couldn't resist! It was super easy to do and the instructions were pretty straight forward. All you have to do it fill the water tank up which is on the top, fit in the adapter that you want to use and your off. There is a safety catch on the handle along with two steam settings. you have to keep the handle pressed down for the stream to come out so you have full control.

Standard accessories

  • Childproof safety lock
  • Safety valve
  • Steam flow regulation, on handle
  • Integrated funnel
  • 2-tank system
  • Parking position
  • Steam hose with gun, 2 m
  • Detail nozzle
  • Hand tool
  • Round brush, black, 1 piece(s)
  • Terry cloth cover for hand tool, 2 piece(s)
  • Terry floor cloth, 2 piece(s)
  • Floor tool
  • Integrated on / off switch

There are lots of extras you can buy separately to add to the streamer too which i liked....my favourite one being that it can be used as a wall paper stripper!I am hoping to change to paper in our room soon so this had me excited *i know, i know.*

One of my favourite attachments is the tiny little brush which is amazing at getting to them annoying little bits of dirt that hide in the corners. I hate it so much and normal get a tooth brush and try and scrub it out so I was really looking forward to seeing how well the steamer would do on them areas and just as I'd hope it got them clean with in seconds!

I have being using the streamer every where I possible can and it is now and forever will be the bigger used item when cleaning everyday. On the first night it arrived I tested it out on the tiles in the kitchen above the cooker and I've never seen then so shiny and in between it tiles so white, even using bleach doesn't come anywhere close.
My partner loves a gadget so I knew he would love this and would have to test it out...sure enough as soon as he walked in the house he had it out and cleaned our leather sofa's... they looked so nice and new! a few days before we had actually ordered new fabric sofa's because I hated cleaning the leather ones they get dirty so fast and its hard to scrub it off but once he'd used the on it we both sort of looked at each other and said how much it looked like a brand new sofa and how easy it was just using  the little pad!

I have also used it on my oven, skirting boards. glass windows, doors, radiators, shower, sinks bath,Lino, wood floors,  Emme's high chair... I could go on.

It worked really week for cleaning Emme's high chair as i give her weatabix or porridge for breakfast and I'm sure all you mummy's know how much of a really pain it can be to get off once it start's drying but the streamer get it off quickly and which no use of the chemicals around baby things!

Now the price is quite high at £232.09 but it is something that you can use on everything and that you will have along time which i think it is 100% worth with the amount of times I will use it so I know I will get the money's worth from it, it can be a bit of an investment so I'd make sure you know you would get good use out of it but it is definitely a great product.

*I did have a before and after video showing the difference's but it will not load on blogger so I am going to re-do it and i will add it very soon*

Nona Box | April

This box is 100% the best I've had so far.Lots of good products have been included this month.
We have 7 full size items and they are all great! One thing with the Nona boxes though is that I've never had one that fits Emme's age/gender. Last month we got a blue newborn vest and hat set... it was a lovely set but wasn't a fit for Emme. This months box is a boy themed box but every thing is still usable for Emme so I don't think she will mind the blue.
I absolutely love the design on the dummy that was included, it looks so pretty and says 'I love mummy' I really like the mint colour of it. Emme loves it.
Next is a snooze baby comfort tag blanket. I know Emme will love this as she always had a blanket in her hand.
Mega blocks first builder buddy, again a boy but I'm sure she will play with it just as much & her brother will enjoy it too. I bought her a big mega blocks set at Christmas so this will be great for that.
Plum organic pouch, Emme loves these fruit pouches i have had a few before for while we are out, they are prefect to pop in your bag for a little snack while out and about.
Box of Plums Little Yums nibbly wafers, we have a few packs of these already, again great to take out. They are great especially if you have a younger baby who is just starting out with food.
Organic babies baby wash and shampoo. Always good to have, it smells of lavender which isn't my favourite scent but I love that it's organic.
Arbonne Intelligence cream I've never heard of this before but I'm looking forward to testing it out.

Overall i think this is a great box, lots of things Emme can try out. I really like when these boxes include little snacks.

xxx

Those little fingers wanted that pouch haha
